If you don’t have a figure with proportions of 90-60-90, it still doesn’t mean you cannot wear latest fashion ladies jeans. Always remember one thing — it’s not fashion that should dictate you what to wear but your own taste and your body type.
In my previous post I spoke about the ladies jeans for rectangular, pear and inverted triangle body types. If you don’t belong to these body types, keep up with this post to find out your perfect ladies jeans.
1. Hourglass. The typical characteristics of this body type are straight shoulders, curvy bottom, defined waist and butt, medium size hips, fine-boned shapely legs, curves and angles are in balance.
Women with this type of body have nearly the ideal figure and almost everything suites them perfectly. So they can wear whatever they want. However, if you are slightly short-waisted, go for low rise jeans fit, it’ll help you to balance your proportions.
2. Full rounded body type is characterized by short-waisted round body with wide rib, low hips and slender legs.
If you belong to this body type, then your ladies jeans should have one principal “objective” — to divert the attention from the bottom area, tights and hips.
My advice is — search for dark pairs of jeans that will fit good at the waist and will look “relaxed” in the hips and thighs.
Consider Jeans With Large Loosely Spaced Diagonal Pockets: They Have A Slimming Effect
Avoid tapered jeans or jeans with lighter fades and washes. They will attract attention to your hips and thighs. And do not wear the waistband too tight: it will make your belly look pretty bulky.
3. Diamond. Women with this body type have broad thighs, slender legs, small bust and narrow shoulders.
Your ladies jeans should visually elongate your body and divert the attention from the waist to the bust and shoulders. It can be done this way — go for dark jeans with the seam brought to the front, as you remember it makes the thighs look thinner.
Ladies jeans with large pockets in the back (they will make your butt look visually smaller) are also a good option. Pockets situated high on your ladies jeans will make you look taller.
Avoid trapped jeans, small pockets and embellishments on your ladies jeans.
